We can provide event photography for any size of event, whether your function is a 1000 Guest corporate event in London or a smaller AGM in the home counties. Press and PR launch or a small business presentation evening, we can cater for all types of photography.
Formal event or relaxed party, our coverage will insure fantastic images for all to remember. At Christmas parties, annual dinners and other party events reportage photography (‘photo-journalistic’ ) is a style of coverage often requested by our clients. The ‘photo-journalistic’ approach is a non intrusive form of photography that produces natural looking images with people typically unaware that photographs are being taken. This can be mixed with a more formal form of photography. An area with lighting and backdrops can be set up where individuals or groups can approach us to have photographs taken. Both types of coverage can be provided at your event if requested. Where awards or presentations form part of the event, setup shots can be included in the coverage to give formal record for the individuals.
Password protected on-line galleries can be created to commemorate the event where clients & attendees can return to view the pictures and order prints should they choose. Prints can also can be chosen from a proofing CD. Images can be supplied as high resolution digital files without restriction for further use.
